By using sorynaiautomation.com or working with Soryn AI Automation ("Soryn", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Soryn provides local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website design, review systems, and AI automation services for local businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed to in writing with each client before work begins.

Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, and changes to search engine algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, call volume, or revenue. Case studies and examples shown on this site reflect real past results, but results vary by business, market, competition, and starting position.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to accounts we manage
• Respond to review and approval requests in a reasonable timeframe
• Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule

Monthly services are billed in advance and can be canceled with 30 days written notice unless a longer term was agreed to in writing. One-time project payments are due as stated in the project agreement. Fees already paid for work completed are non-refundable.

Upon full payment, clients own the website content and deliverables we create for them. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our AI assistant provides general information only. It may occasionally be inaccurate, and its responses do not constitute a binding quote, guarantee, or professional advice. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soryn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
